






The location of the Radisson Blu in Nantes is really perfect - right down town with easy access to everything. The building itself is truly impressive - a converted Court House, quite imposing but tastefully transformed. The service was generally good - we had a couple of problems due to the hotel experiencing refurbishment during our stay, but the hotel representatives responded professionally and quickly which is the real measure of service. Recommended.
We were attending a five-day business conference in Nantes. Although we weren't able to get an upgrade due to full occupancy, the very friendly receptionist made up for it. He remembered our names and gave us a souvenir bag. I still use it to this day. Every time I use the bag, it reminds me of his kindness! If we ever visit Nantes again, we will definitely stay here again!
Awesome hotel with dito rooms. Nice breakfast. Hotel is inside and outside upper class. Nice person at the check-in desk. They gave me an upgrade to a awesome room. I enjoyed my short visit and will call again.
Hi just Returned from a 5 Day break 19yth till 23rd July at Radisson Nantes.Which was excellent. Orlane and Christian on the Front Desk were so helpfull from the Time we arrived We had a Beautifull Room 202 and we're celebrating our 35th Wedding on the 19th of July Anniversary. The Hotel as has a Wow factor upon entering the Lobby.Excellent breakfast and location. Would definitely Recommend this Hotel Cornelius and Carol O Donovan Dublin Ireland
Writing this based on my interaction with the amazing staff. I was extremely disgruntled when I arrived for a few days as it wasn’t made clear to me on the official radisson website the extent of the structural work. Also the room was sub par in my opinion. However, the front of house staff Orleana (I think that’s her name) did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and attempting to find a solution. The next morning they found me another room and Max the manager took the time to speak with us. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see the hotel in its full glory but experienced what excellent staff, even in the restaurant at breakfast can do to make a difference to an unfortunate situation. Thanks to all of you, Roxanna too and the rest of the team who were all so kind to myself and the children. We’ll be back when the renovations are complete!
