Ryan Suite
Our largest conference and banqueting room is the Ryan Suite which can be split into Ryan 1 & Ryan 2. It epitomizes elegance and benefits from natural light. It offers a variety of seating styles and configurations. A portioned pre-conference area opens directly onto the Ryan Suite and is ideal for coffee breaks, exhibitions, cocktail receptions and registration. It boasts a mood-lighting system, allowing event planners to customize color schemes.

Shannon Suite
The Shannon Suite is a flexible venue which can be sub-divided with partitions to accommodate meetings and events of various sizes. This space offers natural daylight and an adjacent, private pre-conference area and bar. It also has direct access from the car park.

Portroe boardroom
The Portroe Executive Boardroom is a luxurious meeting space for corporate meetings. Featuring in-built audio visual equipment and natural daylight this makes a convenient breakout room that's located across from the Shannon Suite.

Dromineer boardroom
The Domineer Suite conference room can be used as a meeting room or as a breakout room for the Ryan Suite. It is a medium to large meeting space suitable for training, seminars and an idea room for business or family gatherings accommodating up to 50 people. Our Business Center is also conveniently located across the hall. This flexible space has controlled climate control for your comfort, LCD Projection, In-built Screens and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access throughout.
