I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Joy, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Even though it was late and I was feeling hungry, Joy took the time to help me order some food from the hotel's restaurant. She was incredibly patient and understanding, and her cheerful demeanor made my night so much better. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The excellent service provided by Joy and the rest of the staff really made my trip memorable. Outstanding, true customer service still exists! Great, large bedrooms, extraordinarily comfortable beds, and fantastic, deep tub. We noticed a note offering complimentary hot chocolate before bed, just ordered it and low and behold, really tasty large cups of it were promptly delivered. What a lovely 1-day stay we’ve had!

The staff were all excellent but I have to mention particularly Eimear and Gabriella in the restaurant - they were amazing! Nothing was any bother. We were so well looked after. The food was excellent Cant wait to come back

It is a long time since I stayed at this great hotel and I am so happy to be back. Reservation was so easy, check in with Violet was smooth, very friendly, Violet put my clients at ease and answered all their questions. Later I spoke to Annette who was very helpful and friendly. The Bar food was quick, well presented and Served by Adam and later Cathal who were first class. The room was well laid out to make for a comfortable stay. I will be back very soon on my next Tour with more of my clients

I recently stayed in the Radisson blu Limerick for 2 nights for a wedding , we had a great weekend , all staff were very friendly especially the bar staff Adam and Evan, my kids went too the kids club on both nights and I can't recommend it enough Abby and Kate were absolutely fantastic with the kids and they still talk about it , loads for them to do in the kids club . At breakfast the pancake maker was a big hit for the kids , kids had a great time in the pool, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to go to the spa so will deffo have to come back and try that 🤩
