Cuckoo's Nest is a restaurant, bar, and meeting place known for its culinary experience and quirky interior inspired by the creative energy of Lindholmen Science Park. The restaurant provides a range of catering options for any meeting, conference, or social event and has a capacity for 150 seated guests indoors and 45 guests outdoors during the summer season.

Coffee breaks and Fika

Enjoy coffee breaks in the conference lobby on the second floor, close to your meeting room. Here you can always find sparkling water, eco-friendly coffee, tea, and fruit at your disposal. To stay energized throughout the day, you may also add a Swedish Fika with ready-made sandwiches and biscuits in the morning or cheese and crackers, soft cakes, and healthy smoothies in the afternoon.

Lunch and dinner

For lunch, enjoy the main dish with salad and freshly baked bread, followed by coffee or tea and dessert. In the evening, choose your preference of a 3-course dinner or a seasonally-inspired set menu created by the Head Chef. A carefully selected wine list complements meals. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten, and dairy-free options are available upon request.

After-work event and cocktails

For informal gatherings, our award-winning bar serves a wide range of gins and creative cocktails alongside a selection of wines and local beers. Every Thursday and Friday from 3 pm onward, we host an After-Work event where you can socialize with colleagues and friends in a relaxed setting.
