We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Diyarbakır with my family. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently kind, professional and helpful. We especially appreciated the warm and friendly attitude shown toward our family and our young son. We did experience an issue regarding an unused final night of our reservation, which initially left us disappointed. However, the hotel management later contacted me directly, listened to the situation and resolved the problem with a goodwill resolution. I truly appreciate the way the matter was ultimately handled. The constructive response from the hotel management restored my confidence and I would be happy to stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Diyarbakır again in the future.
