There is a regular tram connection from the Airport. Take tram line 6, which starts directly in front of the arrivals terminal. The direction shown is University. Exit at the Domsheide stop. Walk to Marktstrasse and continue for 200 meters, following it around the left turn where the street name becomes Wachtstrasse. The hotel will be on the right.
