Very friendly and accommodating staff with good benefits for the rewards program in a hotel with a superb location.
My first stay at the hotel was in Port Elizabeth South Africa 27th November 2024 for one night and i went to Germany the next day, in Bremen, same name hotel as in South Africa and stayed 16 of the possible 18 nights. Hospitality, friendliness, support and customer service was exceptional.
