Whether you’re looking to host a board meeting, a seminar, or a workshop, our five venues can be flexibly rearranged to suit your individual requirements.
Ranging from 30 to 55 square meters in size, our meeting rooms are designed with moveable walls and can be merged into 283 square meters for up to 220 delegates in a theater-style setup. Two of our meeting rooms offer direct access to the terrace, while the outdoor terrace by itself boasts 200 square meters—perfect for a cocktail reception for up to 150 guests.
Complement your meeting with a half-day or full-day package, covering all the necessities so that you can focus on your meeting’s goals. Starting at ten people, you can book one of our meeting venues with the choice between our Sunflower, Tulip, and Rose packages. Whichever option you choose, our package deal includes a welcome, morning or afternoon coffee break, the latest audiovisual equipment, free Wi-Fi, as well as stationary like pens and notepads.

Starting at 20 guests, choose one of our delightful buffet menus to enjoy either in our restaurant or in a meeting room. Made up of a selection of starters, mains, and desserts, choose between our Middle Eastern buffet specialties, a fresh and exciting Asian buffet, our locally-inspired Belgian buffet, and our zingy South American buffet. The price for our buffets is EUR 60 per person and includes water, wine, beer, and soft drinks. Coffee and tea are served with the dessert.
