"Fantastic hotel - lousy shower"

Very good hotel. All ok except for the shower which was completely "chalked". Could be better. No big effort to clean this every day.

Excellent location and easy to get to (but - this is important: the hotel is within the Antwerp LEZ so if driving here you absolutely **must** register your car in advance. Nothing on the hotel website mentions this). Right next to Antwerp Berchem station, so fast train to, say, Brussels. Tram stop a very short walk. I'm going to start on a negative note: yes, there is a very public large car park accessed using the road to the east of the hotel (Parking Indigo Antwerp Post X). The spaces are large (good news) but... the entrance is crazy tight, at a right-angle and very close to the road, so you have to move to the wrong (left) side of the road to drive in. And then the ramp corners to access different levels....crazy narrow and tight, be careful, just look at the marks on the concrete if you need proof. If you arrive during the day, don't bother trying to find a space on level -1, it will be full, go straight down to -2 and there should be a few. If you have an EV, the chargers are on -1 (on the 'west' side nearest the hotel) but wait until the evening, then it's easy to find a space with a charger (Type 2, 22 kW) Phew! Once you've found the hotel reception, it's all good. Friendly and helpful staff, room was lovely, quiet and effective air-con, firm but nice bed, decent TV (inc BBC1, 2, ITV, Chan4) and our 'superior' room had a fridge, even though it doesn't mention it in the room info (staff reckon the fridges have been added but website not updated). Breakfast was good, sufficient choice for most folk, lovely staff who can help with any special requests Overall, given the excellent location, I'd totally recommend this hotel

"Enjoyable visit"

Stayed here the last weekend of August for two nights with a friend. The hotel is a little outside the centre so if you want to be in the centre this isn’t the hotel for you. Saying that Uber cost between 11 - 20 English pounds to travel to the centre or there is a tram stop right outside which is much cheaper. The hotel parking was a little confusing to find as under the hotel is a huge car park where many businesses share this. It took us a while to find a space near the radisson lifts. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us on any issues we had. The rooms were adequate with a nice shower particularly. We met some regular Belgian guest in the hotel who were lovely people, shout out to Peter 😁 lovely chap. We had breakfast there too and that was really nice but a little expensive at around £20 per person but lots of choice and tasty food. Our only gripe was that the bar closed early. We were out at a venue and like to come back and chill in the bar for an hour before bed but the bar area was closed. Saying that there is a small selection of drinks and snacks at a fridge next to reception where you can have a drink but not a big selection. Overall our stay was really positive and we would definitely return again.
