According to the Decree of St. Petersburg Government No. 121, "Measures to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in St. Petersburg," as of December 1, 2021, all guests checked-in at the hotel must present one of the following: a certificate of vaccination, documentary evidence of receiving the first component of the vaccine, or confirmation of recovery (issued no earlier than six months before arrival). In the case of a vaccination exemption, a doctor-issued note will be required to enter the hotel restaurants. In case the guest doesn’t have the mentioned documents, they may not be allowed in the restaurant, and meals will only be served in the guest room.
From October, 30 till November, 7 government regulations state all guests checking-in must provide either a QR-code proving the receipt of the second dose of vaccine against COVID-19; or the receipt of the single-component vaccine; or proving recovery (issued no longer than six months prior to arrival); or a negative PCR test (done no longer than 72 hours prior to arrival).
