This was my second stay at this hotel, and I enjoyed it even more than the first time! The staff are incredibly responsive and resolve any issues promptly. The breakfast is top-notch—delicious and varied. There's a great selection of hot dishes, and they even prepare several items to order. I especially want to highlight the soundproofing from the windows. It's fantastic! With the windows closed, the room is completely silent. It's hard to believe you're in the center of St. Petersburg; it feels more like being in the countryside. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable. 👍
Great service and courtesy from Artem at the front desk who helped us get the right kind of room at check in during the middle of the night. Good hotel to stay and conveniently located with walkable distance to banks, telephone outlets and metro stations
Stayed for a night with my husband in Radisson Sonya , we had a nice experience. The bed in the room was amazing , I felt like I m sleeping in a cloud . Also liked the food , it was really tasty . I even managed to visit hamam in the evening, after a long day it’s a perfect way to spend time . The choice of food for breakfast was rather wide . So I would definitely come back to this hotel ! Big thanks to personnel of the hotel for doing a great job !
If you're not that eager to spend much of your time just around the noisy Nevsky prospect you'd better try this spot where you'll find less cars and less pedestrians although still get a chance to reach the Winter palace simply by walking from the hotel via Neva embankment with a fabulous view to the St. Peter and Paul fortress and the famous bridges. It is also a great option of a start point for a night walk around the almost empty old streets of central city. All the usual travaller's cravings inside the hotel is also great!
Very nice hotel in city center. Amazing historical building! Rooms are comfortable and clean, also well equipped. Staff is nice and polite. Great price. It also has a nice bar and restaurant. Definitely a good choice.
