Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife offers something rare: a resort that feels calm, human in scale, and genuinely relaxing. The buildings are low and softly integrated into beautifully maintained gardens surrounding a large pool. With the mountains rising behind and palm trees everywhere, the setting feels lush and tropical — very different from the busier south of the island. What made the stay special for us was also the staff: attentive, warm, and always ready to help in those small ways that make a real difference. As an adults-oriented resort, the atmosphere is peaceful — a place where it is easy to slow down and simply enjoy being there. A lovely address in Puerto de la Cruz, in the greener part of Tenerife where the landscape feels vibrant and alive.

Very nice property just outside the old town of Puerto de la Cruz. Nicely renovated and comfortable rooms and beautiful pool area. The restaurant serves a complete breakfast buffet incl freshly made egg dishes. The dinner is also buffet and we would have welcomed an à la carte option. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Myself and my family stayed here for a little under a week this month. We couldn't recommend the property more. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Every staff was very friendly and never failed to greet guests whether that be in breakfast or simply walking around the complex. We opted for breakfast included and it did not disappoint with a beautiful space and a wide spread of food constantly monitored. The hotel is about 15-20 minute walk into the main beachfront however there is free courtesy buses that run from exactly in front of the hotel or it's 5-6 euro in a taxi! I would absolutely recommend this property as the breakfast and rooms were beautiful and staff were all extremely friendly and attentive.
