We had a package Holiday with Jet2 and it was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, set in a lovely space with lush gardens and well kept pool with plenty of sun loungers. Our room was well appointed, spacious and very clean. It all seems recently renovated and set to a high standard. The staff were wonderful, special thanks to Lisette on reception who was very helpful. Christian, Barbara, Jessica & Carmen who were brilliant bar and restaurant staff, always smiling and chatty. I’d recommend this hotel for a relaxing time, the live entertainment on specific nights was excellent however if you want to venture into the main square for a change of scene it’s a €6 taxi ride. We had half board and could not fault either the breakfast or evening meal choice. All food was fresh and tasty with plenty of variety. The dining area is spacious and well maintained. Points to note (which is outwith the hotels control).. Airport transfer from TFS can take between 1-1:30 hours depending on coach travel drop off. Weather, generally it’s quite overcast in the north and the hotels location means there is a lot of cloud cover with clear blue skies appearing to be the exception so full on sun lovers you might not choose this hotel. Overall we loved our stay and will be back!

We spent a very relaxed 2 weeks at the hotel. Rooms were of a good quality and any additional items were provided straight away. Breakfasts had lots of choices with a chef making egg dishes for you. Big bonus was not having to reserve sun beds and easily changing towels each day. However staff in the bar could be quite abrupt and appeared reluctant to serve at times. The senior manager was at breakfast latterly but maybe should also be at dinner to supervise staffing. Overall we have no complaints about the hotel and enjoyed our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful adults-only hotel. Now that our children are grown up, we really appreciate the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and this hotel was perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food in both the restaurant and the pool bar was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. One of the best things was that there was never any need to rush for a sunbed—there were always plenty available, making it easy to relax by the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday.

We are enjoying our holiday here still here and if it helps your choice to book then do it ! So quiet very relaxed !The hotel are in little blocks consisting of mostly 3 floors .We have a very nice quiet room beautiful balcony for relaxation. We are here to completely relax and celebrate my husbands retirement. We could not of chosen better !The food is delicious and fresh .Staff in the bars and restaurants wonderful. The reception not so friendly or helpful in out options. We arrived at lunch time very tired after a early flight I had read on TripAdvisor how lovely the welcome and a nice complementary drink.I spotted cava in the ice bucket and was so looking forward to a nice glass.The receptionist said no !! I asked why when all the glasses and bottles ready she just said no again we can have water or ornage water !! I said in all thr hotels we have travelled to I have never experienced this.I went to the bar and brought my own ,not the best of welcome also got pointed to the room which was very confusing we finally found after wondering around no porter service here.Has for book swop they have a few books behind reception in a office ??? Very reluctantly they will bring you 4 books out !! Why can they not please put on show even if it's a mobile one around the pool for a few hours ! .Sounds like I am moaning it's all the little things that make a hokiday experience stand out .Also you can not swim before 11 the towel man /life guard doesn't appear till then..so no early morning swim .Plus side no fights for sunbeds wonderful!! The bar prices are good and reasonable large beer 4.50 same for glass of wine they supply 1 bottle of small water per day in room but there is a superdino 10mins away..taxi stand outside so 5 euros baxk if you want to stock up hope this helps anyone who is thinking of booking do it it's lovely all hotels have flaws but these are not major ones !!

Well where do I start fantastic suite,and super friendly staff bar staff and restaurant staff and last but not least,house keeping. As for the food every evening was a pleasurable experience big shout out to the chef and staff we were half board was not disappointed once.Great hotel to just chill out and relax ☺️ will definitely be back soon thanks for all your hospitality.1 happy Scotsman (no Scotland no party 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿)………..
