Electrical sockets are Spanish so will need adapters. Hotel is 20 minute walk away from centre and uphill walking back but taxis available(Robert L)

If you are out exploring each day, grab dinner before returning to avoid buffet dinner. There is a good Mexican place and Thai restaurant 2 blocks away. (Lori D)

"Great retreat in a classy environment"

We arrived late at this newly refurbished , adults only hotel & received a great welcome including supper in our spacious room. During our 7 night stay, all of the staff were efficient & very helpful. Moria, Jose and Somsoles were great on reception & the restaurant staff did everything to make our breakfast & evening dining experiences both enjoyable & memorable. There was plenty of food choices served in a buffet style with chef cooking fresh meat & fish as well as eggs for breakfast.The hotel’s low level and well appointed design creates an intimate, sophisticated and peaceful atmosphere which was appreciated. The design style of the hotel is new, classy, chic & minimalist - fab. The gardens are maintained to a high standard with lots of mature planting which adds to the calm ambience. I have already booked to return next month which is my best compliment!

5 star resort, rooms beautiful, pool amazing. Best breakfast we have had, cava/mimosa’s, fresh honey from the comb, all staff wonderful.

"A peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting"

Three days of tranquility, comfort and excellent food and service felt like at least a week. Lovely place to restore energy levels and explore a beautiful corner of Northern Tenerife. Great pool and lovely view of Mount Teide. I hope to return!

"Fantastic hotel, 15 minutes walk from Plaza Charco"

Beautiful hotel With excellent service. Very good rooms and good breakfast With cava. Pool area very good With heated water. Transport to city senter provided. Staff very serviceminded, all issues solved quickly.
