Unwind at Lago Martiánez or Garachico’s natural pools

Lago Martiánez

César Manrique’s unique masterpiece blends art, architecture, and beautiful Atlantic waters. The Lago Martiánez leisure complex features over 100,000 square meters of interconnected saltwater pools, a central artificial lake, volcanic rock terraces, gardens, restaurants, bars, and even a casino, all surrounded by Manrique's natural stone sculptures and designs.

El Caletón – Garachico

As a dramatic contrast to the manmade leisure complex, explore some of Tenerife’s most iconic natural pools. These natural seawater pools formed when lava met the sea during the 1706 eruption, creating a set of basins and channels of volcanic basalt.

The pools offer calm, crystal clear waters protected from the Atlantic, perfect for swimming, snorkeling or cliff jumping.
