From the arrival to the completion of our two stays. Excellent communication, service and helpfulness. Sensational Service.

Courtesy bus meet us at O. R. Tambo Airport as arranged. A quick 15 minute transfer to the Radisson. A spotlessly clean and secure hotel. After checkin and entry to our room we received a courtesy call from housekeeping asking if our room met our expectations (it certainly did). The grounds, spa, gym are first class. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection just what your expect from a five star hotel. Our dinner meals were delicious. The bar is well stocked and the staff are extremely friendly. I wish I'd bought my swimmers so that I could have taken a dip in the pool. The airport shuttle leaves on the hour. Reception arranged for us to have a late check-out for our 9pm flight home. This is our second stay at the Radisson and we very happily come back again.

I particularly enjoyed my breakfast as for the room service meals, not so much. had one meal missing some key ingredients and the other tasted a bit off. The location is quite good for relaxation, overall, I had a great experience.

From the moment we walked in, Phumlani (bar) was so friendly, attention and extremely hospitable. We were going to jave a quick dinner as it was late, but he made it extra special with his impeccable service. Thank you to this amazing gentleman. We will be back.
