I was running a leadership course for a week there. We were very ably supported by Hazal for all things IT and beyond. He was always very polite and helpful.
The Radisson Collection Istanbul is my second home. Great service, very clean, and fantastic breakfast. Restaurant employee Meltem is very friendly, polite and always has a smile on her face. I have been a VIP customer at Radisson for a long time and really appreciate employees like her. Thank you. Jürgen Lichtenberg
I am often using the medical service in the Liv Vad hospital and always before the treatment I stay in this hotel. I feel well accommodated, saved and secure. The service and the staff are perfect. The food and logistics are excellente.
I have tried over 40+ different hotels in Istanbul in the past many of which I have reviewed here, including different hotels from the big chains Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Hyatt, etc. This hotel brand Radisson Collection is highest luxury brand of the Radisson chain, and based on my stay I can say this hotel competes very well with the luxury hotels offered by the other chains, and with a generally lower price so I can recommend it. As Radisson VIP tier guest, we were upgraded proactively to a suite which is very nice with large floor to ceiling windows in the corner and it was very bright. The hotel is fairly new and I loved the hardwood floors. Radisson's lounges are not overcrowded like Marriott or Hilton's lounges are, so this was actually enjoyable. We were nearly alone when we visited and our children were free to move around as they wished without disturbing anybody. The way this hotel stands out the most is not so much the hotel itself, but rather its location. Most tourists might want to be in the middle of the action. Vadistanbul is a brand new neighborhood which did not even exist 10 years ago, now everything is new and modern with apartment towers, shops, and restaurants, but it's not touristy. The up side is that being on the outskirts of the city it's quicker to reach by taxi from IST airport than going into deep traffic of city center. So this will work great for some travellers, and less so for others who might be going to Istanbul for the first time then you might prefer something more authentic, centrally located, and less modern. But for our purposes this hotel was excellent.
It was a very comfortable stay overlooking a lush green landscape. The room had everything one might need. We had not added breakfast to our stay, but after seeing the variety, we decided to include it. There is an underpass from the hotel’s parking lot to Vadi Istanbul Mall, which is a great convenience for shopping. I would love to stay here again. There was nothing I disliked.
