You can see examples of that combined energy in every aspect of our restaurant, from the food to the bold Peruvian-style architecture with Japanese design elements. The result is a free-flowing, natural space with simplistic shapes and harmony reminiscent of a home built from the land and sea.

Superb service, food and atmosphere2026-04-10
2026-04-10Absolutely superb service by Maarja – such fluent English and always with a smile! We were there with international guests, and everyone asked us to pass on their highest praise. All of Maarja’s menu recommendations were excellent. We were very pleased with the dishes and the wine selection, and truly enjoyed the stunning view and the sunset. Although there were many guests, the space did not feel noisy at all – very cozy and welcoming.

The Japanese and Peruvians love fresh fish, and this is the foundation of Nikkei cuisine. Just as the Japanese traversed the sea to work on the land, our cuisine is inspired by a blend of ingredients from the ocean and those grown in the Peruvian earth.
