  • I chose Radisson Collection to surprise my husband on his birthday. We were extremely happy with the experience in your hotel. Communication with the staff was quick and easy. The spa was big enough to enjoy and relax. Everything was very clean and aesthetic. Unfortunately, on this day the 80c sauna and Japanese bath were out, but the hot saunas were on in the changing room. Another note - the gym is very well equipped, worth visiting. The highlight of the stay was a birthday surprise for my husband on our arrival! In addition to a slice of cake and prosecco, there was a handwritten birthday card - absolutely heartwarming! Tons of thanks for going the extra mile for us. He said it might have been the best birthday so far :)

  • This was a short one night stay at the hotel with family, just off the cruise from Helsinki. At the outset, the location is great, a 10 min ride from the Port of Tallin and a 10 min walk to the Old Town. I have been to the Radisson Hotels before but the Collection brand was a new experience compared to the other brands in the Radisson group. We were upgraded to a Family room and our requests for early check-in and late check-out were accommodated which helps when you have toddlers for company. The hotel was opened in 2022 so everything in there looked fresh, new and modern. The Spa was the highlight for us with multiple options both great for adults and children. The dining experience at the Mekk restaurant was also great. The breakfast spread was comparable to the other global brands in this category. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the stay, service and location. I don't really have any feedback but in the past the global brands would provide a shuttle service to the nearest Seaport for Airport and that's a nice touch to impress the guests that pay a premium to stay at these hotels.

  • Great staff, very professional. Many rooms have nice view of the old city. Breakfast is in quiet environment and had a good mix of food and drinks and coffee was excellent. The hotel is very close to everything. Will stay again next time visiting Tallinn.

  • Had an amazing stay in this new hotel! Really friendly and helpful people. Always with a smile on their face. The hotel also has a SPA with saunas and 2 great restaurants. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen😍

  • Fabulous hotel with brilliant staff. We had a premier room over looking the old town and that was a great choice as the views are amazing. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. Lactose free milk, butter and yoghurt which is such a treat. All the staff are kind and attentive and so helpful. Loved it. If you are coming to Tallinn I recommend you stay here.
