Presenters get a screen, a video projector rated at 6,000 ANSI lumens, a stage, and a speakers' table seating up to five with five fixed microphones, or a podium with one. An audio system and a wireless presenter come as standard, and our technicians handle setup and start-up.

The Penthouse Meeting Room and our Breakout Rooms

The Penthouse Meeting Room takes the fifth floor, reached by private lifts, with daylight and a private terrace over the city. Inside there is a 55-inch LCD screen with VGA and HDMI connection, a table for two speakers and a telephone, with bottled water and fruit candies as standard, and office supplies on request.

Our Breakout Rooms sit within the Junior Suite, Noble Suite, and Skylight Suite. Each has natural daylight, an LCD screen with VGA and HDMI connection, and a telephone.
