Stunning hotel, great for location, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the poached eggs were perfect (you need to ask for them).

We had a warm and comfortable stay, made truly memorable by the exceptional Italian hospitality and genuine care from the entire team. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Whenever we have any issue, the team gave the matter their full attention and made every effort to resolve it quickly, which we really appreciated. What stood out most, however, was the people. A special shoutout to Mr. Marco, who was extremely professional; Kevin, who showed genuine care; Solomon, who was very knowledgeable; Musti, who was always friendly; Giulia, who was consistently attentive; Carlos, who was incredibly kind; Mara, who was gracious; Lorenzo, who was always ready to help; Ayon, who assisted us right up to the very last moment; Matteo, who was simply amazing throughout our stay; and Chef Tognacci, whose wonderful food added another special touch to our experience.

Excellent service - welcoming and helpful staff at every turn, beautiful bar downstairs (Senses) and spacious rooms. I’d recommend time in the spa and pool ; Marta V gave me a fantastic treatment package - including an excellent facial and body treatments, highly recommend.

Very pleased with the hotel, the staff were absolutely superb, particularly Carlos, Valerio and Lorenzo. They were so attentive, friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond, they were simply incredible and made our stay wonderful. Food was very good too.

Wonderful hotel conveniently located to Rome Termini. Check in process was prompt and staff were attentive. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend!
