Wonderful hotel conveniently located to Rome Termini. Check in process was prompt and staff were attentive. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is centrally located, in front of roma termini station, easy access to all the major sites. The overall vibe and energy of the hotel, from reception, rooms, lobbies to restaurant is excellent. Rooms are spcaious and very clean, peaceful, provides comfortable stay. The sleep quality in the rooms was excellent. Service level in the hotel is also very good. The staff is very helpful is one needs any information. For the room rent, it is an excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Palazzo Montemartini Rome was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Everything was exceptional, from the room and facilities to the genuinely friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment my wife and I arrived, the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was the small touches that really stood out. There was a very slight delay (less than 40 minutes) with our room being ready, but it was handled perfectly. We were invited to relax in the bar with complimentary drinks while we waited, and once we had settled into our room, a bottle of champagne along with a lovely handwritten note was sent up to apologise again. These thoughtful gestures continued throughout our four day stay and made a real difference. The spa facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage towards the end of our trip, a perfect way to unwind. The pool area was superb as well, offering a calm, quiet, and very relaxing space. A special thank you to some of the exceptional staff who made our stay so memorable: Marco, Daniele, Lorenzo (thank you for the fantastic restaurant recommendations), and Lou at the Concierge desk for all the advice and warm greetings each day. Truly some of the nicest staff we’ve come across. By the end of our stay, neither my wife nor I wanted to leave. Thank you Palazzo Montemartini Rome, we will be back!

I disagree strongly with some of the reviews on here. We had a lovely 3 night stay here in March at what is a beautiful hotel set in a splendidly looking building. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and engaging in all areas of the hotel. Keen to converse with you and make your stay pleasurable. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a city break hotel. The whole breakfast experience is lovely and tranquil with the sound of the water feature in the centre of the room. The decor of the dining room really sets the atmosphere for a day exploring the ancient city of Rome. The location is ideal and immediately opposite the main train station and metro, and yes there was a little background noise you could hear in the room from the outside goings on here and there at times, but what do you expect if you want a hotel in one of the busiest and most convenient parts of the city!! It was very minor and certainly wasn't enough to affect a good nights sleep. The room was spacious and very clean and well maintained. Couldn't really fault anything to be honest.
