"Anniversary getaway"

Booked for 4 nights for our special anniversary. This hotel is amazing. All the staff, reception and concierge were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. Room very clean, sometimes coming 3 times a day. Food is outstanding and restaurants staff very knowledgeable about the food and drink they were serving. We was up graded without us asking. They also provide us with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for our special day. Spa and massage we would highly recommend. Great location to all the sights of interest. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning for sure.

The Radisson Palazzo Montemartini is a very good choice if you plan to visit Rome with your family as I did. It is close to Termini railway station (which saves you the expense of a taxi as you can reach the hotel from Fiumicino Airport by train), and all major attractions are within 30 min walking distance or 10 minutes by taxi. We booked rooms 106 and 107: they had a connecting door which was ideal for the family, and they were quiet, very clean and affordable considering we came during the Easter Weekend. Our package included a generous breakfast and access to a nice swimming pool. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Special compliments to Lucrezia, the guest experience coordinator. All in all, a positive experience!

Excellent hotel with the most kind and helpful staff. We got great service from the receptionists, the waiters at the breakfast and the staff in the spa. A special thank to Omar at the entrance who was very helpful and serviceminded. Highly recommended hotel in the city of Rome.

We have had such a good time at this hotel! The staff has been better than our expectations! Musti gave us a big smile upon arrival, a friendly woman upgraded our room at the reception, Luca served us flawlessly at breakfast and the woman cleaning our room even made our bed both morning and afternoon. Thank you! The location is practical, breakfast is better than anywhere I have been, staff is helpful, polite and friendly, and the standard of the hotel and room is classic, elegant and clean. We would be happy to return!

"Wonderful Stay in Rome"

The staff are incredible very happy and always willing to help this all stems downwards from the General manager Marco Luzietti who is acredit to his profession. The location is great with 2 metro stations and plenty of buses if required otherwise everything is within walking distance. The Termini has been re generated completely and very secure with police evrywhere which as pensioners was very re assuring compared with a few years ago. We have stayed in Rome in many hotels over the last 45 years but have at last found the ONE. Wayne & Janet
