stay away from the 200 level rooms facing entry. Sheraton sign light at night is unpleasant. Chose rooms on the 8th/9th floor if gold memb.(kayvanderhorst)

A proper 5 start hotel and managed as should be. Reception checkin was swift and friendly. Rooms are wonderfully spacious and comfortable. Very secure and security at entrace and in hotel is top notch. Meals are a feast and buffet is well organised with a wide option, meals are palatable and the deserts just a joy.

I travel all over the world and this was an outstanding hotel. One of the best that I have ever stayed at. Simply superb service, let me elaborate on a few Radisson employees who were fantastic. Donke at the evening buffet in the dining room was so friendly and the food was exceptional. Coulibaly at the evening buffet has outstanding customer service. Taoule , a security officer was excellent. Djibril and Yeo, at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Ibrahim, my tour guide was excellent. The servers at breakfast were excellent and the food was good too. My room was cozy and clean with a great pool view. The lobby was very comfortable. The gym was great, I used it every day. All in all, an outstanding hotel.

Very safe clean hotel. Excellent services. Great restaurant staff and choice of dishes. Will surely stay there again when back in Bamako

"The best hotel in Bamako"

The Radisson Collection Bamako stands out from competitors for its modern and clean looks, variety of restaurants and good presentation (and theme nights), multiple meeting facilities, spacious and modern rooms, friendly personnel, and guest services one can expect from a top 5-star hotel (pool, gym, spa, bar). Safety seems well taken care of by armed guards, and location next to a policy station, but guests do not feel overwhelmed by their presence. Compared to other hotels, this one has the best vibe as "the place to be" in Bamako.

frozen red velvet i wanted a red velvet and they found one for me lovely but was very frozen after 188 i am almost a person from Mali air senegal flight was cancelled like 6 times and finally they took us into a plane that crashed i was many days before and after surrounded by my mali people i was not in this hotel but came here to eat alot of security
