Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, Warsaw

This is not my first time staying at the Hotel Sobieski. The Trylogia restaurant has a truly excellent head chef, all dishes are prepared to perfection. The staff handles things perfectly, even when not everyone is working on certain days and there is a bit of stress. They have great knowledge of the wine list and offer the best recommendations for every dish. An absolute hit for me is the salmon with risotto (May 2026). The waiters are professional, the service is efficient, and their recommendations are valuable. In the evening, the bar is buzzing with social life, featuring pleasant conversations and an almost family-like atmosphere. If you know what to order (beyond just "whiskey and coke" or "vodka and tonic"), the bartender can work wonders. I absolutely recommend it!
