Warm welcome and great service

2026-03-12Even though this was my 3rd stay at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel in Warsaw, it was the 1st time I had dinner at the Trylogia restaurant. It’s very convenient for hotel guests who prefer not to leave the hotel in the evening, but the restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests.
I received a warm welcome and the service was efficient and attentive. Special thanks to waiter Maciej for his friendly advice and clear passion for good wines, and to waiter Michał for his smooth and professional service.
The dish was tasty, nicely presented and offered a good portion for a fair price. A very pleasant dining experience overall. I would happily return.
