Exceptional Service by Nina! Nina at Radisson Blu Sobieski is an outstanding professional! Extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I was truly impressed by her exceptional language skills, especially her surprisingly fluent Portuguese! Her professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality make every interaction a pleasure. A true asset to the hotel and a perfect example of exceptional customer service!

I was in the breakfast, and I was looking for somebody who could speak English and understand my needs. I found this towards her name Marysia. she is perfect example of an hospitality being in hospitality industry, myself i understand. How difficult to serve the needs of the customer, but this girl are intention to serve. The customer is very exemplary. She went out of her way to serve my needs I wanted peanut butter which was not the part of the buffet. She got me peanut butter from the kitchen and served me with lots of love. I really wish herall the best for her career dear manager of Radisson Blu. This is my humble request. Please reward this girl for her hospitality and kindness.
