Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik

The Smoked Vine quickly became one of our favourite spots during our stay at Radisson Blu Nashik. We had breakfast here every morning and were impressed by the variety and quality of the buffet. I especially enjoyed the live Maharashtrian counter, where local dishes were freshly prepared. We also visited for their Sunday brunch, which had a great selection and a lively atmosphere. One evening, the chef curated a special meal for us, and some of the dishes that stood out were the dim sums, sushi, lotus leaf fish wraps and the delicious Alphonso mango dessert. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambience, and the service was consistently friendly throughout our stay. A special thanks to Chef Prasen Gavali and his team for the wonderful food and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed dining here and would happily return on our next visit to Nashik.
