Harpa concert hall

The Harpa Concert Hall provides a venue for world-class concerts and conferences of all kinds. Harpa is the first venue in Reykjavik that caters to musical events. The acoustics in the hall provide crisp clear sounds.

In addition to concerts, Harpa can also host a range of meetings and conferences. If our hotel meeting rooms do not provide what you need, we will be happy to assist you in booking a meeting space at Harpa. Our neighboring location places us just a few steps away.

An impressive sight to behold, the Harpa concert hall is built of steel and geometrically-shaped glass of different colors by artists Olafur Eliasson and Henning Larsen. Open since 2011, the concert hall is part of the Austurhöfn development. Since its opening, the venue has won awards like the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture and the World Architecture Award.
