A good hotel that is well worth your money. Clean and close to the airport. The only thing is to check in too slowly. We arrived at 12:00 pm but were not able to enter our room until 2:00 pm.
The hotel staff are amazing ! Fatou one of the kitchen staff member has an amazing smile and accomodating all requests with a geniune smile ! Besides that all the staff there were equally amazing ! The room was amazingmy cleaned ! Thank you and keep it up !
What a wonderful stay once again! The hotel is nice of course, but the staff are so attentive and helpful one cannot imagine. Special thanks to Sylvia and the breakfast team: they smile all the time, despite the workload and impatient customers, and the breakfast is always delicious.
It was an immense pleasure to be again a guest at Pullman Roissy, in February. I felt genuinely welcomed by all the beautiful souls I met namely Mr Mahdi & Mrs Nathalie both from Reception. Check-in was done in February and was conducted by a welcoming and smiling staff namely Mrs Nathalie. Check-in went smoothly and was very well organised and managed by Mrs Nathalie. We felt the warmth in her tone of voice. And this made us feel at home. Mrs Nathalie answered a few questions regarding some whereabouts in Paris. She is very knowledgeable. As the information were all precise. Mrs Nathalie is highly professional and I commend her good work and attitude. Mr Mahdi is another very good asset of the hotel. I would say that he is among the best. I wish to highlight Mr Mahdi's high level of professionalism. He is very well trained, for sure, but its in his natural being as well I guess. Mr Mahdi speaks softly and calmly, unlike many other people in all hotels I've been to across the globe. He has a good tone of voice and is a very good listener, just like Mrs Nathalie. A word of appreciation to Mr Erol from the bar, who works passionately and who is very kind. Last but not the least, I would like to highlight the professionalism of Mrs Ndeye, from Reception. Thank you Mrs Ndeye for your great hospitality at check out on the 25th of February. Keep the good work Mr Mahdi, Mrs Nathalie and Mrs Ndeye.
