Meetings & Events facilities

Our meeting rooms: 

- The ballroom features natural day lighting, 6 LCD screens and a high, elegant ceiling​​.

- With the exception of the Kilimanjaro ballroom, the additional meeting rooms make up the first floor of the hotel and each features natural daylight Mt. Elgon and Mt. Kenya, which are the mini ballrooms, are 295 square meters in size, with Mt. Elgon featuring an adjacent kitchen. They can fit approximately 300 guests for a cocktail reception.

- Nyati, Chui and Kifaru are our regular meeting rooms, 59 - 80 square meters in size and can host up between 40 - 70 guests in a theater style set up.
-Ndovu and Simba are the boardrooms, approximately 28 square meters in size, they exude an air of style and sophistication, and they can fit 9 guests.
