This season, María Gálvez (@goutdhestia) has crafted an exclusive à la carte menu for The Gallery Brunch, inspired by the comforting flavors of Europe’s most iconic ski resorts. Drawing from Spanish, German, Swiss, and Austrian cuisine, the menu offers a warm and indulgent winter experience.
Enjoy French onion soup or migas with egg, followed by cheese fondue or tartiflette. Then, finish with a warm apple crumble complemented by vanilla ice cream. This collaboration, available until April 13, is the first of many, bringing seasonal creativity to our brunch.
