I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the excellent service of Leticia during breakfast. As well, I observed, that she needs to have assistance as she is managing the operation for only by herself, it is too much work for a single employee. She is excellent but one can tell Radisson should add more personnel under her

We felt very welcome, the staff was professional and very helpfull. Beautiful, spacious room and high end atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxing experience. From hotels location we could easily access centre which was usefull.
