The hotel is home to 1,200 square meters of meeting space divided among 13 rooms. Standard setups include technical equipment, like a screen, projector, pads and pens, and free high-speed wireless internet. Extras like sound technology, plasma screens, camcorders and video conferencing equipment can also be provided. 

For social events, our meeting planners can arrange everything from flowers to customized menus.

Our event facilities feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment to make the event run smoothly for planners and attendees. The full range of modern multimedia equipment is compatible with our systems. The equipment allows simple installation via a wide range of connections, including the possibility of connecting completely wirelessly via ClickShare. 

Via touch panels installed in the rooms, or the in-house iPads, our guests have access to various light settings and thus have the possibility to regulate the ambiance in the room depending on the event. Also, the control of the sound, as well as the 12 wireless microphones, is easy. 

Modern video conferencing systems ensure that even meetings with connected people around the world are a complete success. The self-controlling cameras in our large meeting rooms always keep the focus on the speaker and thus provide particularly professional transmissions.
