Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne - TripAdvisor traveler rating

This was my favorite hotel on our two week tour. Very nice rooms and great staff. Our breakfast in the morning was excellent. Located right next to the train station and walking distance of shopping area, resturants and the Chapel bridge.

Very convenient hotel!! Perfectly situated for the train and the boats! Walking to hotel actual sign for hotel for easy walking lol! Picked this for location and Good AC and it surpassed expectations. Room was spacious and clean! Good breakfast would stay again!

Excellent location👌 close to everything especially for us arriving by boat and then travelling by train. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Julien. What a guy!!! If I could give him a 7* for his impeccable service, I would! Our 3 rooms were upgraded. The service he provided throughout our stay was second to none. Always with the biggest smile on his face. Friendly, knowledgeable & very professional 👌

This is a comfortable and well-located hotel close to the main train station and local attractions. The check-in staff were professional and super-helpful, especially Michael, who went out of his way to assist both me and other members of our tour group with securing conformation for up-coming airport transfers. His pleasant manner and his persistence in making sure that our questions were promptly attended-to, defused what could have been a potentially anxious time.

Great front office staff. Very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Shout out to Adeline for serving us the best capuccino and omelette! The room was comfy and spacious enough to relax after a long day of travel.
