"Best hotel in Krakow that provides superior value for your money"

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The overall value for the hotel is exceptional. Clean, quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I especially liked the breakfast included option, which saved me a lot of time in the mornings when I needed to quickly leave for the office. The buffet breakfast approach is super convenient, offering high-quality and varied food.

"As always, a Radisson is a great choice"

A group of 6 friends visiting for 3 days in Krakow. The hotel of choice was a Radisson. It lived up to expectations and was the perfect location. Situated just outside the main square and opposite the park. Nice rooms, good breakfast choice and comfortable bar area. The reception staff were very welcoming, which was appreciated as I am a premium member. If you are visiting Krakow, we don’t feel you can get a better hotel location at a very affordable price Radisson still my go to hotel group Thanks

Good hotel, perfect location near the Old Town, i really like the breakfast but not enough staff, reception very professional, thank you Viktoriia for the all information and explanation, she gave us really good book about 4 cities in Poland with really important information. in the hotel they also gave map of the city and all information. Sometimes you can get an upgrade for the better room, thank you one more time Viktoriia!

"Exceptional Service at Reception"

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by Viktoriia at the reception desk. She was incredibly professional and friendly, making the check-in process quick and pleasant. She went above and beyond by upgrading my room to one with a beautiful view of Wawel Castle and even offered a complimentary drink voucher for the hotel bar — a lovely and thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and offers great amenities, but Viktoriia’s outstanding service truly made the experience memorable. She is a fantastic representative of the hotel and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
