I don't normally write reviews but wanted to about this hotel. Staff were wonderful. When we arrived reception gave us lots of advice including that Krakow is extremely safe for all travellers. It is. We were upgraded to a lovely spacious room for free; excellent facilities and comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced bar on the ground floor with huge windows looking out onto trees and snowfall. Best of all very well situated a few walk to old town, castle, restaurants and museums. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from the main square and Wawel castle. We had a large twin room which was very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped with a small fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, robes and slippers. We didn’t use the restaurant as there are so many great places for food within walking distance of the hotel, we did use the hotel bar for a night cap every night which was very well stocked and the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We have stayed at many Radisson hotels and this keeps up the brand standard. We stayed four nights in December, on a bed and breakfast basis, in a suite facing the old town. The room was lovely, very clean and lots of space. We had a nightcap in the well stocked bar most evenings and the service was excellent. The place can’t be described as cosy, as that is not what the brand is about but the furnishings throughout are modern and well kept, if not the most embracing and comfortable for winters evenings. Breakfast was excellent, with the usual Radisson buffet selections. À la Carte options were quickly brought and very tasty. If I have one complaint, it is that the air conditioning fans are very noisy and we spent some time discovering how to turn them off, as they are so annoying when trying to sleep. Placement for the old town is second to none. Thanks for a great city break!

We stayed at Krakow for three nights and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The lobby of the hotel was open, inviting and prepared for Christmas. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful, always being able to answer our questions, booking a tour and finally our taxi to the airport. The hotel room was great - lovely, sufficient room which was comfy and clean. The breakfast selection was perhaps the best I’ve ever had catering for every taste and very tasty. Well placed in the Old town. Absolutely fab time. Thank you.

i always enjoy staying at a radisson hotel! and this one was no different, when i checked in the lady on the desk gave me a free upgrade to a buisness room which i was very happy about! got to my room and it was huge, the biggest i have ever stayed in! it was clean, tidy and came with a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and hot choc! by the lifts on your floor, there was a water dispenser and ice machine which was lovely having ice cold water, the staff were all nice and me & my mum always enjoyed sitting in the bar for a drink after a long day exploring the city! breakfast was nice to and you could make your own waffle which was really cool, nice selection of yogurts, pastry, fruit and hot food! i would definately stay here if i came back to Krakow again
