First, a disclosure: I'm a VIP in the Radisson rewards program. This was a well situated hotel, virtually at the city center and steps away from the train station. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel itself well kept up. But what really stood out was the competence and the friendliness of the hotel staff. As a VIP, I got a nice upgrade to a business class room. Plus, as a daily bonus, I received a antipasto plate with 2 glasses of premium wine--of much higher quality than the usual business center happy hour offerings. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my time here, the staff were friendly and was was always greeted on passing reception and at breakfast. Breakfast itself had a great choice and was lovely. The location is fabulous and only a few minutes walk from the central station and shops. The area felt safe and I did not hesitate to walk back late to the hotel. Just fabulous

Great staff, excellent service, and one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. Everything was clean, well organized, and exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit this hotel again.
