The 2 large multifunctional event rooms, Europe 1 & 2, have a total area of 193 sqm and 159 sqm. They inspire your guests with abundant natural daylight thanks to a large panorama window frontage and enough space for 170 or 200 people. With 351 sqm together, they become the hotel's largest meeting space, accommodating up to 400 guests. Need even more space? Exclusive receptions and relaxed networking coffee breaks can be enjoyed in the spacious Foyer 1 (111 m2) directly connected to both event rooms.
Atlantic 1 & 2 event rooms
Room size approx.: 50 & 70 or 120 square meters | maximum occupancy: 100 attendees
Atlantic 1 & 2 form a pair of modern meeting rooms with 50 and 70 square meters of space, which are optimally designed for events with 40 or 60 people. By opening the partition walls, the versatile meeting rooms can be connected to create an area of 120 square meters. Up to 100 people can be accommodated in them. Here too, you can enjoy plenty of natural daylight and, thanks to the charming corner position of Atlantic 2, a great panorama view.
America 1 & 2 meeting rooms
Room size approx.: 25 or 50 square meters | maximum occupancy: 30 attendees
The 2 small conference rooms, America 1 & 2, each have an area of 25 sqm and offer plenty of space for smaller meetings. They also excel as group rooms or creative spaces for up to 20 people. When necessary, the partition walls can be removed and the rooms brought together form an area of 50 square meters. In this case, for example, 30 people can be accommodated with theater-style seating, 21 with parliamentary-style seating, and 18 in a U-shaped space.
Pacific 1 & 2 group rooms
Room size approx.: 18 or 36 square meters | maximum occupancy: 45 attendees
Pacific 1 & 2 are two small group rooms, each with an area of 18 square meters, which are particularly suitable as group, creative or small meeting rooms for up to 12 people. By opening the partition walls, the rooms can be combined into a larger room of 36 square meters - ideal for receptions for up to 45 guests and theater-style seating for 20 people. And for a relaxed coffee break, Foyer 2 (44 m 2) is right next door.
The Australia meeting room is also ideal for small groups and creative meetings. With an area of 18 sqm, it can accommodate 12 people. The large windows provide for a pleasant working ambience, and Foyer 2 in front offers ample space for enjoyable coffee breaks. The 2 event rooms, Asia 1 & 2, offer 25 sqm of space each and can accommodate 15 people. For more space, the partition walls can be removed and the rooms combined form an area of 199 square meters for up to 180 people. Both rooms have ample natural daylight and, thanks to its corner position, Africa 1 even has two panoramic fronts window. Time for a break?
