The first level of the hotel is a dedicated meeting and events floor with 12 air-conditioned rooms of varying sizes, most featuring natural daylight. Cool and chic, crisp and clean, our rooms offer flexibility to create the event or meeting that is right for you, whatever the size or agenda.
Our modern hotel offers flexible function rooms that can accommodate any event, including small seminars, large corporate meetings, private dinners or weddings. Each room has individual climate control, built-in audiovisual equipment, free Wi-Fi, and contemporary furnishings.
The Megalithic Reception on the first level of our hotel provides a flexible area for anything from conference registrations and breakout spaces to pre-dinner drink receptions and exhibitions.
The Megalithic is the perfect ‘blank canvas' room that lends itself to being dressed or left with its sleek, almost minimalist, feel with ambiance and warmth provided by clever use of lighting. It is a highly versatile space accommodating up to 500 guests for a dinner or up to 800 guests theater style. Two private bars and reception space make this suite especially well-suited for weddings, product launches, exhibition space and large conferences. Megalithic can be split 3 ways offering complete flexibility, the largest set up offers a maximum dinner capacity of 280 and dinner capacity of up to 250 guests. Alternatively, the smaller sections can hold up to 120 guests for a dinner.
The Megalithic is beautifully set up with all the other rooms running around it to make operating a large event an absolute dream.
Finnieston has a maximum capacity of 96 guests for a dinner and 60 for a dinner/dance. The space can be used for meetings, conferences, dinners and for any type of social event. Finnieston Lounge connects to the room making both perfect for events that needs pre-drink or meeting space.
The other meeting rooms can be used for meetings, dinners, and social events. The spaces offer a range of set ups including banquet, theater, and classroom styles that can be tailored for any event. All rooms come with an integrated projector and screen, still and sparkling water, and Nespresso coffee machines.
