Our first stay here and not our last for sure! Hotel very convenient for Central station and city centre shopping. From the initial Welcome when checking in, and throughout our whole weekend the team provided great customer service. Breakfast was THE best we have ever had across many different hotel stays in Glasgow . Our room was very comfortable, very clean and bed really relaxing and assured good sleep . See you again soon !

Overall, the stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and the breakfast and the food at the bar was very good. There is one thing that should be mended. My wife complaint that there were no sockets in the bathroom for the hair dryer and she had difficulties in drying her hair with the sockets in the bedroom.

Stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, first class service from all the team. Every member of team were friendly, helpful and so professional. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Location was great to a beautiful city

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Bed was exceptional and the breakfast had a great choice of offering.

First time visiting this hotel and I must say I am extremely impressed. We visited the hotel to meet up with some old friends and had a lovely dinner and drinks in the Grahamston. We had a delicious 3 course meal and was the best that we’ve had in Glasgow in a long time by far and was also extremely good value. Also would love to say a special thanks to Emma for the excellent customer service we received from you. Such a polite, friendly and attentive girl. We had a great experience and we will be back again asap. Thanks again for contributing to a great night with friends.
