Europasaal 1-3 events rooms and ballroom – ground floor
Europasaal 1-3, as 3 ultramodern events rooms with flexible combination options, offer floor areas of 247, 222, and 121 square meters. The rooms are on the ground floor and inspire with large windows, the latest conference technology and impressive LED lighting design. Depending on the space, they can accommodate 130 - 250 people. If the partition walls are opened, the 3 rooms transform into the ballroom, the hotel's largest events area. With an impressive 661 square meters of floor area, the ballroom is perfect for stylish receptions for up to 650 people.
Bonn & Berlin events rooms – ground floor
The Bonn and Berlin events rooms are similarly located on the ground floor, and have floor areas of 75 and 59 square meters. They are particularly well-suited for mid-scale meetings, as group rooms or conference rooms for 40 to 60 people. When necessary, the partition walls can be removed and the rooms brought together form an area of 144 square meters. This can then accommodate up to 90 people with bench seating. As these rooms are right by Europasaal 1-3 (directly opposite), Bonn and Berlin are the perfect complementary areas for guest receptions and networking breaks for up to 140 people
Milan & Zürich conference rooms
With modern, on-trend design, the Milan and Zürich conference rooms are superb for smaller meetings. They offer floor areas of 36 or 50 square meters, are highly adaptable and can accommodate 36 to 60 people in an auditorium configuration and 20 people with block seating. Located on the ground floor, these rooms similarly afford plenty of natural daylight and stylish furnishings.
Brussels & Düsseldorf boardrooms - ground floor
