Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha

I have been a VIP member of the Radisson network for 12 years and have visited many of their hotels and restaurants. The Asian restaurant here was a very pleasant surprise. True, it doesn't have a modern style—which is understandable, given that the property was a Ramada (Wyndham) before becoming a Radisson—but the hotel, the restaurants, and the service all maintain the high Radisson standard. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mary, a delightful and professional waitress; she made my dining experience incredibly comfortable—exactly as it should be! I tried the Saturday menu (highly recommended) and suggest opting for the unlimited alcohol package (available for two hours between 6 PM and 10 PM for around $40). If you are staying at this hotel, a visit to this restaurant is a must. Last but not least, I want to thank the chef, who put on a real masterclass while preparing the dishes. The photos aren't the best quality—I hadn't planned on writing a review; I took them just for myself. But for the dessert, I'll try to make it look nice.
