Meetings & Events facilities

Spanning 310 square meters, Harmony Hall can seat up to 380 guests in a theater-style arrangement, 180 in a classroom configuration and 260 at round tables. For additional flexibility, the hall can be partitioned into smaller rooms: Melody, Symphony, and Rhapsody. In addition to Harmony Hall, the hotel also boasts 3 boardrooms, each large enough for 8 to 12 guests.

The Foyer, adjacent to all the meeting facilities, is a convenient place to set up a buffet-style refreshment area. It also can serve as an exhibition space, a dance floor, a fashion show catwalk, or a stage.

All the rooms can be connected to accommodate lavish receptions of up to 1,000 people. A full-service business center is available for guest and delegate use, and translation or audiovisual recording services can be arranged. Adjustable air-conditioning is available.

In accordance with historical photographs, the hotel's Carlton Hall has been painstakingly restored to its original style. Opulent yet tasteful, the venue is a gorgeous backdrop for weddings, anniversary celebrations or any special occasion. 

The impressive oval-shaped room features an eye-catching ceiling that dates back to the hotel's 1837 construction. Carlton Hall spans 196 square meters and can seat up to 140 people at round tables. Distinguished but still inviting, the venue ensures a romantic and memorable evening.
