Our modern hotel provides the ideal venue for events ranging from board meetings to large company retreats. Choose from 17 meetings rooms spanning more than 650 square meters, each with amenities like free Wi-Fi. The rooms can be expanded to two larger assembly halls. The entire conference center as well as the restaurant Fjord Eat & Drink are located on the second floor, ideal for breakout sessions, dinner parties, and product launches.

Boardrooms and small meeting rooms
Two larger conference halls are easily transformed into 17 flexible meeting spaces by the adjustable walls. 11 of these rooms feature beautiful harbor view and direct access to the terrace.
The meetings rooms can be combined into two conference halls, making them perfect for sizable meetings, fairs, kick-offs, and dinner parties.
Breakout and lounge area
With modern design and comfortable chairs, the breakout area spans over 530 square meters and connects all meeting rooms. Snacks are served in this space throughout the day to keep your energy level up during your meeting.
Banquets and parties
Adjustable walls allow the conference center and the restaurant to be combined and accommodate up to 700 banquet guests. The space is ideal for hosting large events, banquets, weddings, and various parties.
With our meal package, your coffee breaks are set up close to your conference room, where you also will find water, coffee, and tea. The lunch is served in our restaurant on the same floor, easily accessible from your meeting room.
Pick from the full buffet of salads, slices of bread, and different choice of mains, then finish off with an amazing dessert buffet. We strive to maintain a good selection of healthy options to keep your energy on a good level. Afterward, we serve coffee and tea. For under 30 people, the lunch will be a plated lunch—the buffet is available for groups with over 30 participants.
