We had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Beirut Verdun from June 4th until June 11th, and one of the absolute highlights of our stay was the outstanding service provided by Amer at the reception. From the very first interaction, Amer was exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. His level of hospitality truly reflects what world-class service should look like. At one point during our stay, we needed assistance regarding an issue at the café downstairs. Amer did not hesitate for a second — he immediately stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. His willingness to help and proactive attitude left a lasting impression on us. As professionals who work closely with high-class hotels across Europe, we have experienced hospitality standards at a very high level — and we can honestly say that Amer exceeded expectations. Service like his is rare and deserves recognition. Without exaggeration, Amer is one of the main reasons we would choose to return to this hotel and confidently recommend it to others. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at all times Mr Nader ,Mr Walid and Mr Amer are always ready to listen and provide services at the maximum Cleanliness is very good The staff was always ready to help at anytime we got to the hotel Rooms and the service provided was excellent The location is close by to major shops and security is good The lobby is reasonably good with computer access Well a small pool and exercise facilities would be great for long stays I will always come back I have always been very comfortable Generally level of noise is acceptable Also Mr Ellie was always ready to listen to our requests The car park manager Mr Ali was very helpful and friendly MDL 302
