In Romansh, the language spoken predominantly in south-eastern Swiss cantons, “Spun” means “spoon”: a symbol for the modern take our restaurant takes on traditional Swiss cuisine. Making use of the region’s finest produce, executive chef Gerd Rentz artfully translates Andermatt’s cultural complexity into the culinary realm, delivering entirely unique flavor experiences with vocal Romansh, Italian, and French influences.

Bärbar Drinks & Lounge

After a long day on the slopes or exploring the canton of Uri, our bar and lounge is the perfect hideout. Set around a roaring fireplace, the elegant Bärbar evokes the cozy intimacy of an Alpine lodge. Perfect as an apres ski location, for enjoying small gourmet bites, and for sipping signature cocktails prepared with local berries and herbs.

The Bärbar Lounge & Drinks serves the classics of hotels with a local twist. You can find Burgers, Club Sandwich, Curry Wurst, but also cakes using local berries. We serve local craft beers and cocktails influenced by the Alps.
