Wonderful family experience with spacious rooms which are both clean and had plentiful storage. Their swimming pool was great for the kids and ski hire was just outside the front door. It’s around five minutes to walk to one of the well service lifts where you can get a ski pass and access some runs as well as ski school which we did not use on this occasion. Transfer time from Zürich was around 90 minutes and parking under the hotel was easy. Breakfast had good options with only a wait for the omelette station. The hotel was very friendly and inclusive of family groups as well as couples from my observations. We emailed several times before we good advice given. The walk to restaurants in town was just beyond the ski lift so very short and easy. Overall, very happy

Our third time staying here and once again, an excellent experience. This hotel is a fantastic base for a ski trip and continues to impress us in so many ways. The location is ideal, just steps from the ski lifts, making it incredibly easy to get on and off the slopes each day. The ski locker room is also excellent and extremelly convenient. The hotel facilities are great and the rooms are a real highlight. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious with thoughtful details that make a big difference and beautiful views of the little mini town. After long days in the snow, it's good to return back to the hotel to enjoy the pool and spa.It's simply amazing after a full day of snowboarding. I especially loooovveeee the bar offers a great selection of cocktails, served by super friendly staff. There is even a pool room to enjoy your evening with a drink. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide buffet of high-quality options as well as a side à la carte menu. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we need. Radisson Blu Andermatt is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

This experience was truly one of the best I have ever had. The hotel was impeccably clean, located in a very convenient area, and offered every amenity one could possibly imagine. I never got tired of enjoying it day after day. I also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people during my stay, whom I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart: Bessy from the kitchen, Matilda, the housekeeping manager, and the sweetest Laura, who welcomed me every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone and I am already looking forward to returning again.

Rooms are very spacious, modern and tastefully furnished, the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel in general has good laidback vibes and a cozy feeling. The pool was my favourite part of the hotel as it’s very big and allows a complete view of the alps from any angle and sunbeds to relax on. For skiers like me it’s extremely convenient as there’s a complimentary van taking me to and from the ski lifts without issues efficiently. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I think the staff are very helpful and friendly yet professional and I totally enjoyed my time there. will return someday.
