Look for hotel area within car park, trust Sat nav, very convoluted looping route in to hotel.(Ben H)
Avoid the pool and spa at the end of a busy ski day (say 4-6), go earlier or later (NushBoo)

Of all the places I've stayed, this has to be one of the top. The room was clean and had fitting aesthetic to the area, and the services provided were top notch. If I were to stay around here again, I can assure you this would be my top pick for a place to stay.

"close to train staion, good breakfast unitil 12.00"

close to train station, hotel is located a new part of city. there is a construction around the area. and next to the road. if you close the window will not hear anything. room is ok.

"Great stay on Alpine Driving Trip"

Great one-night stay after a very long, sunny day driving the passes near Andermatt. The restaurant great, and my server -- whose name began with A, but I didn't have my phone to take note of her name! -- was fantastic. The beds were stiff by American standards, but not by European standards.

"Modern, Good Base to Explore + lots of bar / restaurant choice in Andermatt"

Modern, clean hotel, multi story underground car park with car wash etc, but with dedicated to hotel parking area - level / wide access for sports / supercars and a good selection of wide / big spaces. Hotel room very modern, comfortable twin beds, nice bathroom, only grumble was air con did very little - was very warm during our stay. Breakfast huge selection, we didn’t eat dinner as loads of choice of restaurants just a short walk from hotel in Andermatt.
