Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are thrilled to hear that you had a "very cool experience" at Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen and that our team made you feel well looked after. Friendly, helpful service is at the heart of our alpine hospitality. We also truly appreciate your honest note regarding the parking charges. We understand that unexpected add-ons can be frustrating when planning a stay. Because parking facilities in Andermatt are managed centrally to keep the village center clear and pedestrian-friendly, garage fees reflect the standard regional rates and are billed separately from the room night. That said, we completely agree that clear pricing upfront is essential, and we will review how we communicate these details during the booking process to ensure total transparency for our guests. We hope you enjoyed exploring the stunning mountain passes surrounding Andermatt, and we would love to welcome you back again soon—whether for a scenic drive in the summer or a cozy getaway by the lobby fireplace. Warm regards, Your Guest Relations Team

Stayed 2x one night en route to and returning Italy with family (parents + 2 teenagers). Superb hotel - friendly staff catering to all your needs, very clean, spacious rooms, great facilities, spacious parking with EV charging stations. Wonderful breakfast (great choice, excellent food).

Dear Mr. BJ, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Knowing that you chose to stay with us twice—both on your way to Italy and on your return trip—is the highest compliment we could receive. We are delighted that our spacious rooms provided the perfect comfort for you and your family, and that our team made you feel so well taken care of. It’s also great to hear that our facilities, including the EV charging stations and parking, added convenience to your journey. Starting a day of travel over the Swiss Alps with a great breakfast at Restaurant Spun is something we love providing for our guests! It was a true pleasure hosting you and your family. Whenever your road trips or alpine adventures bring you back through Andermatt, we would be thrilled to welcome you all again for another relaxing stopover. Safe travels and warm regards, Guest Relations Team

"Great stay but customer training for the person answering the parking ticket machine might help"

2026-07-20

Everything was great. The room, decor, the breakfast and the staff. It is set in a newly developed area about a 15 minute walk from the old town. The only niggle was that one of the 8 parking tickets in our group didn’t work. When I pressed the help button I was told I was not inserting the ticket properly, which of course I was and that “ I should listen”. Must be a Swiss cultural thing 😂😂

Dear Mr. Piper, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great stay overall and enjoyed our rooms, the decor, the breakfast, and the friendliness of our team on-site. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had at the parking exit. A comment like "you should listen" certainly does not reflect the warm Swiss hospitality we aim to provide, nor the standards of our team—cultural stereotypes aside! 😉 We completely understand how frustrating that moment must have been, especially when you were simply trying to resolve a ticket issue for your group. We have already shared your note with our team to ensure our communication over the intercom is always as helpful, patient, and welcoming as the rest of our service. Thank you again for your constructive feedback and your good humor. We would be delighted to welcome you and your group back to Andermatt for another wonderful alpine getaway in the future! Warm regards, Guest Relations Team
