"Great stay but customer training for the person answering the parking ticket machine might help"

Everything was great. The room, decor, the breakfast and the staff. It is set in a newly developed area about a 15 minute walk from the old town.The only niggle was that one of the 8 parking tickets in our group didn’t work. When I pressed the help button I was told I was not inserting the ticket properly, which of course I was and that “ I should listen”. Must be a Swiss cultural thing 😂😂

"Exceptional service"

I only had dinner at the lobby bar, but the experience was so great that I must leave a review just to thank the staff. We arrived as we were in desperate need of food after a long day of driving. We decided to have a break and search for a restaurant from the hotel. They offered us to eat at the lobby bar. The burgers were amazing. But special thank you for the young man, who told us how to avoid the extremely vad traffic on the highway. Without him we would have been stuck for hours. Thats the type of service you cant find in most places nowadays!

"Spa visit as external guest - amazing"

We visited the spa area for 1 day and it was amazing. All the facilities are in great condition, the pool is big, the view is incredible. The service at spa reception was really nice and friendly, we got spare swimming goggles for the kid, as well as caring and friendly attitude throughout our visit.
