Great dinner to start our short visit in Amsterdam

2026-03-02We arrived in Amsterdam after traveling most of the day and checked into the hotel. Front desk suggested dinner at the hotel restaurant Carstens and we agreed.
We had a lovely dinner and an attentive staff. Our server, Kian. was great, assisted with a few choices, and overall made dinner very enjoyable. We enjoyed the tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, Mac & cheese side, and rib-eye. The cheese cake desert was good too.
Perfect start to our stay in Amsterdam.
