Hotel is located across from the train station. Great location we were able tocwalk to everything. The service was excellent. The room and bathroom were nice.

A gorgeous historic hotel bang in the center of Amsterdam. Everything is walkable from here. Very convenient location 👌

During our stay in May 26 for three nights, my friends and I were extremely pleased with both the hotel and its location. We travelled by train from the airport, and the hotel was only a short and easy walk from the station. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the concierge, who guided us to the check‑in area. The check‑in process was smooth, and I was provided with all the information I needed before heading to my room. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well set up. I loved how close we were to the canals, entertainment precinct, and shopping areas. I was able to explore the surroundings easily on foot and by tram and felt safe. The concierge also assisted me in finding a reputable masseuse, which was extremely helpful. On check‑out, Morena made the process quick and effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and convenient location.

Excellent location just across from Amsterdam Central Station. Hotel very clean and staff were super friendly, rooms modern. Massive shout out to Fatima F in particular who was very attentive and aware of my wife’s celiac requirements - offering food items and treating her really well each morning. Fatima F is a credit to the hotel - her customer service and attention to detail was first class. This makes such a difference to the celiac community and guest experience when staff at the hotel show this level of care - resulting in the breakfast buffet being an enjoyable experience each morning. Thank you Fatima F for making our stay a positive one! Also thank you to the rest of the team who each played a part in a really enjoyable experience at the Park Plaza Amsterdam. We will be back!
