Directly across the canal from the Central Station, this hotel was gracious, as was its employees. We had an excellent room with an A+ shower, the bar was good and the Damrak is right around the corner, All ground transportation is close by and Dam Square is about a half mile walk, easy but crowded. The bartenders and the front desk people were friendly and helpful, the cost was reasonable. I cannot ask for any more than that.

Reception staff was awesome specially Morena. When I checked in the girl at the reception was very helpful cant remember her name. The gave complimentary water and dutch desert. Thank you for an amazing stay.
