I was " forewarned" the portion was big, this was warning gratuitously welcomed with, I was hungry, the tortillas ( nachos ) were delicious ( ordered each visit ) Hotelier professionals: Flavia and her team ( Restaurant front of house team) Across multiple visits, restaurant professionals within the lower ground of the restaurant area, have been observed delivering a high degree of professional presentation in their manner, slow and effortless approach to tables without intrusion, politeness in tone and softly spoken-- towards myself, and seen towards other guests also. Consistency in delivery: There is a consistent friendless and engagement to each new guest and towards myself, which always creates a welcoming atmosphere. This level was maintained throughout the service with myself and the already sitting guests. Presentation and atmosphere: The appearance of smart, tidy, well presented team, adds to the service of something a bit more refined, and considered with these collected attention to details makes it not just a nice service but atmosphere for inclusion.
