My wife and I last stayed in this hotel in 2012 and it hasn't changed much at all. We chose it primarily for the great location as Whitehall, Westminster and Trafalgar Square and The Strand are all within 10 minutes walk. The biggest asset for this hotel has to be the staff who, without exception were all very friendly, professional and eager to please. We were checked in by a lovely lady called Angel who resolved a couple of minor issues with our room very quickly and efficiently. Our room (1202) was on the twelfth floor corner and had great views out towards The Shard and Westminster, also The London Eye, spectacular at night. Room was very well appointed and a nice touch was the ice bucket which could be filled from the ice machine outside on the landing nearby. Roomy fridge, safe, ironing board and iron all very useful. My only criticism is that the bathrooms are starting to look a little tired and in need of an upgrade, the shower in particular was quite a challenge to get the hang of - two taps, one of which controlled the water temperature and the other controlled where the water came from, choice of bath tap, overhead shower or detachable wand which on occasion fell out of it's bracket and narrowly missed hitting me on the head. It took some patience to ensure that the water wasn't coming from both the wand and shower head - not ideal. The ledge on the bath was quite wide which made getting in and out of the shower quite risky, especially with only one handrail on the far side of the bath. Breakfast was very nice and we never had to wait to be seated, plenty of choices of both hot and cold options. Only down side was the temperamental toaster which seems to be an issue in hotels everywhere! In conclusion, thanks to everyone at The Park Plaza County Hall for making our stay so memorable.

Great service & location. Anything we requested from housekeeping came quickly & staff was so friendly. Food in restaurant was delicious!

It was our family first visit to London and we're very happy with the hotel choice. Park Plaza County Hall London location is perfect, the staff was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was ideal to kickstart the days for sightseeing. The room was clean, well organized and the soundproofing was really good allowing us to have dinner relaxing nights. This hotel is s great value to they money!

Stayed just one night to attend business meetings, all was a very good experience. Friendly and smooth check in, fantastic room, good breakfast and very central to Waterloo station and work venue.
