"Excellent hotel. Excellent service."

My partner and I stayed for two nights in mid December. The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and extraordinarily well equipped. The hotels' location is very convenient for most London attractions and the West End. One of the stand-out features of our stay was the hotel staff who were without exception welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It's very refreshing to come across this level of service these days. The buffet style breakfast was also excellent.

Regularly use the Park Plaza County Hall on the southern end of Westminster for work in the Westminster area. Last night as a result of major disruption at Waterloo I visited to soak up some time and had drinks and great bar snacks in the bar at the hotel. Given the circumstances, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience being warmly welcomed by the bar staff, including the manager, and then being thoroughly spoiled by the staff whilst I waited for the train disruption to resolve itself. In particular Sab and Jules looked after me as though I was family and it was massively appreciated and given the circumstances it certainly helped in coping with the ultimate six hour delay in getting home. I once again thank the team in the bar and indeed the Hotel who have always being thoroughly helpful and supportive whenever I have visited. I wish them all a thoroughly merry Christmas period and look forward to seeing them again in the New Year. Paul M

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in, in London. Big mini suite seems to be the standard room with an entry lounge, kitchenette opposite the large bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Despite overlooking Waterloo rail station I couldn't hear anything and I'm a light sleeper. Good night sleep followed by an excellent breakfast. Lovely espa toiletries, plenty of fluffy towels, complimentary water in the fridge and 2 large tvs.

My second stay at the Park Plaza County Hall and again the location and atmosphere was perfect for my needs over my birthday weekend. From the excellent welcome from Jaan at reception, great service to quickly sort a loose connection on the Room TV and good food with great clean rooms, it was a lovely quiet stay with all the necessary amenities available and more!. The view from the 12th floor across London was excellent as the sun rose. Sadly you cannot guarantee an early check in, even with paying the extra £30 to get there from midday, but Jaan was very nice about it and helpful. Bags left at reception meant my appointment was still possible, just not as refreshed as I could have been. Thanks for a good stay, see you next time in Feb.
