Second time staying at Park Plaza County Hall. All excellent again, as expected. Executive Studio Room with City View: we booked early check-in and room was ready at 12pm as requested. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Complimentary ESPA toiletries in bathroom smell divine. Plenty of clean towels, plus bath-robes. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and wasn't overly busy when we went down to eat at about 8.30am on a Saturday morning. Convenient location, for Waterloo, 30 mins walk to west end and theatres, etc. We left our bags with the concierge after checkout, so we could spend a few more hours in town before heading off for our train. Will be back again soon!

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights for a trip to London room was great with amazing views in a great location we arrived and room had been decorated for birthday was a great touch very much appreciated the best family hotel definitely will be returning.

Fantastic one night stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff are all so lovely and friendly from the lady who checked us in and out and also the bar staff , Jeffrey was great! We didn't eat in the restaurant unfortunately. We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and on arrival were upgraded to an amazing rooms, the views were incredible. They also added balloons, a delicious chocolate dessert and a bottle of fizz - that was really appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring London - I will definitely stay here again!!

We booked this hotel because we couldn't get in the Westminster Plaza Hotel but quite frankly it was far superior. It was smaller and as a result friendlier and easier to get served and we were looked after so well. Try the lunch and dinners there because they are great and the bar staff really look after you.
