We had a wonderful stay here, close to town and local amenities. Our room was a bit hot for us, but that is personal taste, but overall we had a great stay and were very comfortable. We would happily stay again.

We hadn’t stayed for a while and it was the usual check on price between this one and Westminster bridge. Arrived early and left the bags with the hotel. We’d been upgraded to a corner room so the room wasn’t yet ready. Got into the room about 3pm after going out for lunch. Some bottles of water and cans of wine had been left which is always useful. The room works well as a couple with separate sitting and sleeping areas. We still prefer the studio with kids as the bathroom sits between the two areas. Another great stay, thank you County Hall Park Plaza 👍

Good location with the London Eye and Big Ben walking distance away. 5 to 10 minutes walk. There's an Indian Restaurant nearby that served best Indian food we ever had. Overall this staying at this hotel made us rank London best from all the 4 cities we were at which was Paris, London, Amsterdam and Dubai. Hats off to Park Plaza hotel and staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location for easy access into London, particularly close to the London Eye. Staff were friendly. We had a lovely city view from our room and were really happy that we were offered a free upgrade to a suite. It made our stay more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. The staff at breakfast were very helpful with guiding us through food options for my son who has multiple food allergies. He was brought warm gluten-free bread. They have a designated area for gluten-free options and plant based options too. Would definitely consider returning again. Thank you!

Nice hotel, modern and well decorated. For those who visit on Christmas the scene is absolutely fantastic. Super spacious room, very clean, good sound insulation, special attention to children who felt very stunned, fantastic location, a few meters from Big Ben and London Eye, very polite and attentive staff. At the restaurant, allergies are overcome with countless gluten-free alternatives. The food is fantastic. Lots of fresh and quality fruit. Not disappointed in anything, however if we reserve again we will upgrade to rooms with city views. They make your stay even more extraordinary. Thank you, we like it a lot!
