We have been to a Radisson hotel in Marseille and came to London with high expectations of this trusted brand. We received an unexpected complementary upgrade to the Penthouse (room 1401) and were absolutely blown away by the size, quality and careful design of the room, as well as the massive wrap around terrace with panoramic and breath-taking views of London. Breakfast was exceptional and staff were attentive and courteous. Thank you Radisson for an exceptional stay - we will be back!

we had 3 night here with breakfast. on arrival we were given an upgrade . The room was amazing. small suite with a TV , kitchenette with fridge and sink . Lovely bedroom with another TV so hubby was happy watching the football and I could watch another channel in the suite. Lovely , clean bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast was also great , lots of choice . Great location, close to South Bank and London eye. We will definetly stay again

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was incredible especially my view. Perfect location at the heart but super quiet hotel. Helpful team. Amazing service.

Stayed at the Park Plaza County Hall for one night. The hotel is in a great location just off of the South bank and next door to Waterloo. The room was exceptional, it had a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The room was spotless and the bathroom had a bath, unusual for hotel bathrooms these days but I was very happy to use. The luxurious ESPA products were a welcome sight and the towelling robes were the softest I’ve ever felt in a hotel. Overall this was an exceptional stay, the only tiny addition I would make it to have more milk provided but apart from that I would 100% stay here again.

The room was ok. Clean and tidy, with everything you need for a family with small children. Maybe a little bit small for 4 people. The breakfast was decent, maybe it should be enriched a little, every day the same menu. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Overall a very satisfying experience.
