The cleaning and service was excellent. Breakfast could be better by having more variety and ensuring that hot breakfast stayed hot. We generally had a lovely stay. Staff are very responsive to our needs.

Our stay was excellent! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel provided convenient car parking facilities. The location was ideal with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Transportation services were reliable, buses to the Kudai bus stop and onward to Haram were always on schedule, even when there weren't many passengers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel

The experience at Park Inn was amazing. From arrival to departure we were treated with extreme care and professionalism. Both Shafaiet and Abu Baker did their best to keep us happy and were always at our service. The room was great and the facilities were exceptional. The buffet breakfast menu had various options. Additionally Mossharef was also very good and polite. Overall our experience at Park Inn will always be memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family as it is very convenient to reach the Haram Sharif by shuttle bus service from hotel and available taxis with fares upto 20-30 Riyal. The hotel is surrounded by variety of souvenir shops, social super markets, clothes shop and jewellery shops.
