Istanbul is a lovely city and the hotel was nice! The staff was very helpful and super friendly, Muhammad took great care of all of us and helped out with everything we needed🤗🤗

Their warmth, kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality touched my heart. I would especially like to mention Ata and Muhammad for their excellent support and professional attitude. I also sincerely appreciate the other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately do not remember — and I apologize for that — but their kindness and helpfulness will always remain in my memory. My sincere thanks also go to the restaurant team and housekeeping staff. Everyone contributed in their own special way to making my stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. This was not only a hotel stay for me; it truly felt like my second home. The hospitality I experienced at Park Inn Kavacık is something I will always remember with gratitude and affection. What a beautiful example of Turkish hospitality.

Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall facilities. The location is also a big plus: very convenient, easy to access, and ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure on the Asian side of Istanbul. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and functional, and everything you need for a smooth stay is available. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to Yusuf Keçe, who always stands out with his warm attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help — he truly makes guests feel welcome.

I have stayed at this hotel with my mother twice. Once last year in September and then again a few days ago. I absolutely love the value we get for our money here. The breakfast is healthy, the rooms comfortable and the staff is beyond helpful. We were particularly facilitated very often by a certain fellow called Muhammed. He's certainly an honorable mention when it comes to our experience.
