Don’t bother with Ubers or anything like that the tram service is fantastic and the rail service is also fantasticDon’t bother with Ubers or(Aadil V)
Occasionally the lift wheelchair users need to get tram or bus is broken. Maybe hotel should pre warn customers and provide a solution. (Mike J)
Don't use uber, the best option is train from Sloterdijk (mraams99)
Very close to public transport means. Safe surroundings. 24/7 concierge.(Reality1986)

Very nice hotel to stay in my business trip. It was clean, quiet and has a very comfortable bed to sleep. And the bonus - nice and kind staff and the location is close to metro. I am 100% recommend it!

It’s a very accommodating reception. For our Europe trip and they welcome nicely it can refresh our tiredness. Very clean and silent. The amount that we paid is worth it.

"Exceptional Stay! Extremely Friendly Team!"

It was my family’s first trip to Amsterdam and upon checking-in the team was extremely welcoming, they have provided an exceptional and personalised customer service which we were beyond grateful. Housekeeping team did a fantastic job with ensuring all rooms were cleaned and presentable. F&B team was beyond friendly and helpful, offered breakfast was great and tasty. I wish i had come a bit sooner with my family and got everyone’s name, but special mention to Grace from Front Office department who took care of us. Will definitely recommend the hotel to our family and friends!

We stayed here last week for our first trip to Amsterdam. As I am a Radisson Member it was a no brainer. The rooms are very clean, very modern and overall we had a fantastic stay (and sleep as the beds were very comfy🙈). All the staff were lovely! The location is a 2 minute walk away from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station and you can either get the 10 minute train or 25 minute metro ride in the Centraal which was very convenient. Thank you for an amazing stay. If we ever come back to Amsterdam then we will definitely be staying here again.
