Despite the suite we initially booked for NYE being unavailable due to a leakage issue we understand this was out of their control. We were contacted prior to check in, which was appreciated. We were then given the closest possible available room they had available and given a full refund for the differnce along with a free night's stay compensation. I'd like to personally thank the staff for their efforts and the compensation offered. We will be returning many times again in the future. The Executive room was great and very clean and the close proximity to the station made it really easy to get to and from Centraal station. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our stay!

It was a great experience at the Park INN. What a beautiful hotel, colour theme-based floors/rooms. Courteous and welcoming staff. 10/10 from me. A must-have experience if you are in this part of Amsterdam.

This hotel is conveniently located near the bus and metro stations. The check-in process was very smooth, and I received a complimentary room upgrade. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with a very comfortable and clean bed. I slept exceptionally well, and the bathroom was also roomy with nice details. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and I appreciated the attractive pink interior design. Additionally, there is a small store on the ground floor where you can purchase snacks yourself. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel to stay in my business trip. It was clean, quiet and has a very comfortable bed to sleep. And the bonus - nice and kind staff and the location is close to metro. I am 100% recommend it!
