We had a great stay in the Park Inn we were greeted by Kristina & Ilija who were very friendly and helpful when we requested an early check in and to store bags in departure. The beds & pillows were comfy. The breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty. The location was minutes from the metro. Approx 25 mins to grand central station. We stayed here to attend the Johan Cruff Arena. The metro took us to the arena directly with minimal effort. Would totally recommend

I always feel at home everytime I'm staying in this hotel, upon arrival I was greeted by Mr Orly and helped me checked in and went very smooth and fun, I got a big room and treated like a VIP, I think I'm also upgraded. If thats the case then Im super glad coz thats a very Luxury Hotels approach. I also met Cris , Paige and Mariam, they are always very polite, friendly and Helpful and they always respond immediately. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is extremely good , super friendly and helpful staff. I asked for a late check out and Mr Ray just agreed easily. He is infact the epitome of luxury in hospitality, professionalism and customer service at par! Over all im fully satisfied and will recommend this hotel to my visiting friends and family in Amsterdam. I definitely come back again and Ihope very soon. *very easy access to the central station via train and metro (7-15 min)

Despite the suite we initially booked for NYE being unavailable due to a leakage issue we understand this was out of their control. We were contacted prior to check in, which was appreciated. We were then given the closest possible available room they had available and given a full refund for the differnce along with a free night's stay compensation. I'd like to personally thank the staff for their efforts and the compensation offered. We will be returning many times again in the future. The Executive room was great and very clean and the close proximity to the station made it really easy to get to and from Centraal station. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our stay!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the room was always clean. Everything was excellent.
