Yesterday I went this place to have lunch. Beautiful fine dining place and above that courteous staff. We were quite confused what to order and to rescue Chef Kapil sahi helped us. He told about new menu they launched. Well! The way he explained us end up in ordering few dishes. We ordered both Veg and non-veg dishes. We had burnt garlic and spinach dimsums- which was absolutely yummy and so fresh. Little use of spices and fresh of spinach. Best spinach dimsums I ever had. Crystal veg dimsums were equally good or shall I say more than that. Damn! Even while writing I’m craving for it. In non veg; my friend had Chicken gyoza, which he loved it. Then we had Chilli Chicken Bao and cheesey veg Bao. Damn! Those were too soft fluffy and quite soar(which chef told us and that made it more yummy) The taste of cheese... ummm.. drooling..🤤 Than we had open Tofu veg Bao.. that was also good. And tofu was fresh and soft. The use of veggies in tofu were also fresh which made the taste out of heaven. Crispy corn was too good and crisp too. Then we had lotus stem along with mushrooms. Well! I’m not a fan of mushrooms but those were too good. They import mushrooms from Thailand. Lotus stems were too crisp. I loved it. Being veggie lover I loved their smoke veg platter.. absolutely loved those veggies. Fresh and yumm.🤤 In drinks we had aerated drinks only. In mains we had Tofu hot stone Korean Bowl. This was the best. It’s a single bowl meal. Best for those who don’t like to share food(like me)😁 This meal they serve in Korean bowl. Nasi Goreng- this platter is heaven for non-vegetarians. 😃😃 It includes chicken steak, pork rice, sunny side up, pork papad with veggies. After all this we were done. But how can a course can be completed without desserts!? We had Dessert platter, there were 3 desserts in it. Chocolate cake, litchi Ice-cream And Chocolate sesame balls. These were like cherry on cake. Woah! After having this dessert platter and especially after chocolate sesame balls, we were on cloud 9. Best dessert I ever have. Every dish was fresh and equally good. They have their own kitchen garden. So all vegetables were fresh. That makes food more delicious. Well! We had a fantastic time. Must try this fine dining restaurant for some good food and brilliant service. Thank you Chef Kapil sahi for explaining each and every dish so well. And helping in the menu.
